Privacy

What this site collects and why. If you join the waiting list, the details you enter (your name, contact details and what you tell me about your child's studies) are stored so I can contact you about tutoring — that is the only use. The site also records basic visit information (a random visitor identifier stored in your browser, pages viewed, and clicks on the WhatsApp buttons) so I can understand how families find and use the site. If you message me on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp (Meta) under their own terms.

Where it goes. Form responses and visit records are stored in Google services (Google Sheets) under my account; the site is hosted on Netlify and uses Google Fonts, which means those providers technically process your IP address to serve the site. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else, and I do not use advertising trackers.

How long. Waiting-list details are kept while you are on the list or a client, then deleted on request or when no longer needed. Visit records are kept only for site statistics.

Your rights. You can ask me at any time to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, or to receive a copy of it — email chantry57@gmail.com and I will handle it personally. You can also complain to a supervisory authority (in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO); in the UK, the ICO).

I have a long-term Polish partner of four years, and we spend a lot of time in Europe as well as London. I have been on 27 flights to visit her to and from London. It was logical, therefore, for me to have a European company in addition to my UK limited company registered in London (TOP ECONTUTOR LTD, company no. 15378101, registered office: 128 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX — Companies House record).
